Service Description
Do you feel like yoga is not enough? Do you want something more intense? Welcome to this class dedicated to you and your breath. The class starts with a series of yoga asanas to get the body warm and your chest open to breathing. This is a more soft and gentle practice than saturdays breathwork, because in the evening you are ment to slow down. The same goes for the breathing techniques which are more gentle and soft. It all ends with a 10 minute savasana. Breathwork can be experienced very intense mentally and/or physically, but you are in a safe space with an experienced teacher. Breathwork can... - reduce stress, anxiety, grief, depression and anger - increase your energy and boost your immune system - increase self-awarness, presence, happiness and joy - increase self-love - improve sleep - release trauma and fear - help reduce pain - release toxins The class is not recommended if you are pregnant, or having a serious heart condition
