Are you constantly rushing from one task to the next, carrying endless responsibilities—whether it's related to work, home, or the demands of daily life?


Do you ever find time to pause and simply be? Or let me ask you this—when you do get a moment to yourself, can you truly relax and quiet your mind?


If the answer is no, the stress and busyness of life may have become your constant companions.


But it doesn't have to last. That can change if you're ready to take a step forward. This Yoga & Stress Management course offers you a much-needed pause, helping you navigate life with more ease and calm.


In a world that pushes us to numb our emotions or seek distractions, this course encourages you to slow down, feel what you're feeling, reconnect with yourself, and build emotional resilience.


This course is for anyone who feels anxious, stressed, tired, disconnected, or out of balance.

HOW?

Read what to expect in this course bellow:


1. Creating ME Space:

Each week, you’ll dedicate time to step back from the chaos of life and enter a safe space designed for rest, recharge and reconnect with yourself.



2. Guided Relaxation:

You will experience relaxation guided by me, which includes a body scan, body senses awareness, and a focus on breath. This practice allows you to center your thoughts and be present. Even those who find it difficult to relax often experience deep rest and almost sleep under my guidance.



3. Gentle & Yin Yoga:

You'll move through a gentle yoga flow combined with Yin yoga to promote deep stretching and relaxation. This practice not only improves physical well-being but also encourages mindfulness, helping you stay present and aware of your body’s sensations.



4. Interactive Lectures and Self-Reflection:

You will explore the psychological aspects of stress and gain practical tools to manage it in your life. You’ll learn how to identify your stress triggers, build emotional resilience, and enhance your overall psychological well-being.


WHEN and WHERE:


Every Friday starting October 25th in coziest studio in town – Tid for Yoga! Fridays are intentionally chosen as a time to reflect and recharge after the work week.

This 4-week course will consist of 4 classes, held once a week, each lasting 2 hours. All necessary equipment, including yoga mats, will be provided.

About your facilitator:


Živilė Osman is a certified Mindfulness and Yin Yoga instructor, and a personal development mentor with a higher education in Psychology. She is an author working on her second self-growth book with first being published in 2021.


Živilė has been interested in yoga and the depths of unlimited human potential for over a decade now, not missing a chance to expand her knowledge through various courses and studies. She spreads her word by writing, leading a few personal growth profiles, and organizing Mindfulness & Yin Yoga workshops and courses. Živilė teaches not only in Bergen but also outside of Norway, leaving nothing less than a positive impact on participants' lives and mindsets.
