"Yoga is exactly what you want it to be"

In Øvregaten near the Bryggen in Bergen, you will find "Tid for yoga," a yoga studio for everyone. Here, you can lower your shoulders and put your life on pause.

 

Our vision is to adapt and share the yoga that you need. We see each individual and make yoga accessible for you. The classes are tailored to the needs of the room because we want everyone to be seen, heard, and met.

 

Yoga helps you with your inner and outer work, and we are here to make it possible for you.

Your needs come first because when you're on the mat, yoga is exactly what you want it to be in that moment.

I look forward to accompanying Tid for yoga into this new and exciting time. I have attended yoga classes with several instructors, and I always leave the session with a strong sense of well-being and peace. Yoga heals all wounds!

I find both yoga and stretching to be beneficial because they offer a great variety and are appropriately challenging. It feels rewarding to stretch and engage my muscles. The instructor (Helene) is skilled, pleasant, and has the ability to adapt to the situation. For instance, she introduced new exercises on the spot when she learned about my injury.
