About the event

Have you ever wished you could just stay in savasana a little longer? Or, if savasana is new to you, have you dreamed of a safe, nurturing space where you can rest, recharge, and simply be? Space, where you can reconnect to your mind, body, and soul?

Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a deeply restorative practice that brings your body into its natural state of healing and balance. Think of it as a guided journey between wakefulness and sleep, where the magic happens: your nervous system resets, your mind quiets, and your whole being feels refreshed.

Just 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours of deep sleep. Now imagine the healing and restoration awaiting you in this 2-hour workshop.

But it doesn’t finish with the rest. My intentional guidance will make you feel truly cared for, and heartfelt affirmations will fill your heart with gratitude, leaving you with a sense of peace and lightness you may not have experienced in a while.

Someone once described my guided relaxation as "a hug for the soul." That’s exactly what I hope to offer you—a chance to feel held, nurtured, and renewed in every way.

Workshop program:

– Introduction to Yoga Nidra

– Gentle Movement

– Guided relaxation / Yogic sleep

– Reflection

All you need to do is reserve your spot, show up, let go, and let the practice work its magic.

I can’t wait to share this time with you!

Warm hugs,

Živilė Osman
