Make Time for Yoga

- Caring for yourself is the first step to caring for others

Located in Øvregaten, just by the historic Bryggen in Bergen, you'll find Tid for Yoga. "Tid" means "Time" in Norwegian and this is what we strive to give you; time for yoga.

In our studio you can let go, lower your shoulders, and press pause on the outside world.

Our vision is to offer and adapt the kind of yoga you need. We aim to truly see each person and make yoga accessible and meaningful for you. Every class is tailored to the people in the room—so that everyone feels seen, heard, and supported. Yoga is a powerful tool for both your inner and outer well-being, and we are here to make it available to you.

Most of our classes can be taught in english, just ask the teacher upon arrival. Your needs come first. Because when you're on the mat, yoga becomes exactly what you need it to be—right then and there.
