A WEEKEND TO GO WITHIN
About the training
In a world that often asks us to do more, Yoga Nidra invites us to do less.
To pause. To listen. To rest.
Over three days, we explore Yoga Nidra not only as a practice, but as an experience of deep presence. Together we will discover how rest can become a doorway to awareness, and how the voice can be used as a gentle guide into that space.
Whether you are joining to deepen your own practice or learn how to share Yoga Nidra with others, this training offers a supportive and grounded environment for exploration, learning and transformation.
What is Yoga Nidra?

Yoga Nidra is often translated as "yogic sleep", though it is not sleep in the ordinary sense.
Practised lying comfortably on the floor, it invites the body into profound relaxation while awareness remains softly present.
Many people describe Yoga Nidra as a homecoming.
A moment where the nervous system can soften, the mind can become quieter and the body can finally let go.
Just space to rest, listen and reconnect.
Who is it for?

This training is open to anyone with a curiosity for rest, awareness and self-inquiry.
You may be:
• A yoga teacher wishing to deepen your offerings
• A therapist, coach or facilitator working with people
• A healthcare professional interested in nervous system regulation
• Someone longing to explore Yoga Nidra for your own wellbeing
No previous experience is required. Only an openness to learn, explore and rest.
