"Put on your own mask first" — it’s a phrase we often hear on airplanes, but how often do we prioritise ourselves in our daily lives? Have you taken the time to pause, breathe, and simply care for yourself lately? Have you been kind to yourself? Can you be kind to yourself?
How does achieving all of this in one session sound?
I bet it sounds good, so I invite you not only to cherish the idea, but to experience it too. You are warmly welcomed to join the unique 2-hour workshop "Kind Mind" on the 20th of September at Tid for Yoga, located in the city centre.
This workshop is a safe space for anyone seeking to slow down, rest, stretch the body, and find kindness within themselves.
We’ll start with a deep, guided relaxation to become more aware of ourselves, complemented by positive affirmations to cultivate gratitude. Then, we'll transition into Yin Yoga, a simple, slow-paced practice where poses are held longer, allowing your body to release tension and your mind to find stillness.
The workshop also includes an inspiring lecture designed to raise self-awareness and self-compassion, offering practical insights to uplift and motivate you.
Through this mix of relaxation, gentle yoga, mindfulness, and reflection, you'll have the opportunity to rest, recharge, and nurture a more loving relationship with yourself.
