When days get colder and shorter, I invite you to create some warmth and light from within.
✨ This calm and soft 4-week Body & Mind course is a gentle call to nurture yourself — both physically and emotionally. To move and stretch your body, to find quiet moments and rest in stillness, to learn, get inspired, and feel connected again.

🪷 Guided Mindfulness Meditation – especially good for those who think they “can’t meditate.”
☀️ Breath Awareness – simple practical techniques to ground and calm your body.
☯️ Gentle Yin & Yang Yoga – stillness and activation in balance. Perfectly suitable for beginners.
😴 Short session of Yoga Nidra – guided meditative rest that allows a full-body and mind reset.
🧠 Inspiring talks and valuable insights – each week new topic to deepen understanding of yourself and improve the quality of your daily life.
💬 Sharing circle – space to share, connect, and receive an individual feedback.
