What if the clarity, energy, and balance you’re looking for aren’t something you need to find—but something you can access through your breath?
Many of us spend our days moving from one task to the next, carrying stress, mental noise, and tension without even realizing it. Over time, we become disconnected from our bodies, our intuition, and our natural capacity to regulate ourselves.
This 2h Breathwork Journey is designed to help you reset from the inside out.
Through guided breathing techniques, intentional breath holds, carefully curated music, and live sound healing elements, you will be guided through a powerful process of activation, awareness, and integration.
The journey begins with grounding and breath awareness before gradually moving into deeper breathing practices. Between active breathing rounds, we work with breath retention techniques that invite stillness, strengthen resilience, and create space to observe yourself in a new way.
This will help You:
Build greater tolerance to stress
Develop a calmer response to life’s challenges
Increase mental clarity and focus
Access deeper states of presence and awareness
Cultivate emotional resilience
Feel more grounded, balanced, and connected
As the journey unfolds, breath, music, and sound work together to guide you beyond the constant activity of the mind and into a deeper relationship with yourself.
You may experience a sense of spaciousness, renewed energy, emotional release, profound relaxation, or fresh insight. Every journey is unique.
This experience combines intensity with safety, activation with integration, and science with deep inner exploration.
No previous experience is necessary. You don’t need to know how to breathe “correctly.” You only need curiosity and a willingness to explore.
HOW TO PREPARE
Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before the session
Wear comfortable clothes
Warm socks and a cozy hoodie are recommended
Mats, bolsters, blankets, and all equipment are provided by the studio

MEET YOUR BREATHWORK GUIDE
Hi, I’m Konstancja (Kony). I’m a certified Yoga Teacher (500h YTT), Breathwork Facilitator, and lifelong student of the breath.
My journey began with traditional pranayama and later led me to train with teachers across Europe, including the HALE Breath Coach Certification in Stockholm, where ancient breath practices meet modern science.
Over the past years I’ve guided breathwork classes, workshops, and immersive experiences, helping people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and discover the transformative power of conscious breathing.
My approach blends functional breathing, nervous system regulation, and deep experiential breathwork — creating a space that is both grounded and transformative.
