Elisabeth Finocchiaro brings years of experience as a breathwork facilitator and teacher with her practice actually starting in Bergen. She is excited to return with 2 day events where you can join 1 evening or both!

She is one of Norway's leading Breathwork facilitators known for her feminine approach in the breathwork industry with many years and guiding hundreds of clients around the world. At these events she will offer a lens that changes how you relate to the entire practice itself. In a world that craves healing but often rushes the process, many are left wondering why breathwork sometimes feels inconsistent or even overwhelming. Without a solid foundation, the experience can feel intense and even re-traumatizing. Elisabeth is working with a trauma-informed approach that helps her clients not fall into 'doing it right' but actually feeling fully. It's about the state you enter with, not just the technique you use. Her approach has helped hundreds collapse years of questioning into a few moments of truth by offering insight, safety and deep connection before the breathwork experience even begins.
