About the event
Chaitanya Practice – Masterclass
After two months in Nepal and India, where I completed an advanced 350-hour yoga training, I’m bringing a new and unique practice to Bergen – Chaitanya Vinyasa Yoga.
This method, developed by Joaquín Gómez, combines modern movement science with traditional yogic principles. The sequence is structured and consistent – yet intelligent, functional and deeply transformative.
This will be a long, physically demanding and immersive session – a full-body practice designed to build strength, mobility, stability and control.
At the same time, the sequence offers variations, allowing you to explore both lighter and more challenging options depending on your level and energy.
Rather than focusing on shapes or performance, Chaitanya emphasizes how movement is organized, how breath supports the body, and how awareness develops through practice.
This is a rare opportunity to experience a method that is still not widely available – and currently not offered anywhere else in Bergen.
The session will also include guided breathwork (pranayama), inspired by teachings I studied in Nepal and India, working directly with the nervous system and mental clarity.
We will close with a longer relaxation and a moment to slow down together – followed by traditional Nepali tea.
Who is it for?
This masterclass is open to students with some yoga experience who are looking for a deeper, more structured and physically engaging practice.

Olga Orlowska is a yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience and more than 1000 hours of advanced teacher trainings completed in Europe and Asia.
She is a certified teacher of Vinyasa, Hatha and Ashtanga yoga, and has also trained in Acro Yoga, Yoga Nidra and Thai Yoga Massage. Over the years, she has guided thousands of classes, working with both groups and individual students.
Her teaching is deeply influenced by studies with internationally recognized teachers such as Kino MacGregor, Tim Feldmann, Joaquín Gómez, as well as practitioners connected to the Swami Sivananda tradition. Most recently, she spent two months in Nepal and India completing an intensive 350-hour advanced training.
Alongside teaching, Olga has been organizing yoga retreats and wellness events around the world, including Bali, Guatemala and Sri Lanka, combining her background in tourism and digital marketing with her passion for creating meaningful experiences.
Her approach to yoga is both respectful of tradition and grounded in a modern understanding of the body. She believes in intelligent, functional movement – a practice that adapts to the needs of contemporary life while staying connected to the roots of yoga.
Over the years, she has developed her own teaching style, integrating different yoga methods with elements of functional movement, strength and mobility training. Breath, awareness and philosophy remain at the core of her work, with asana seen as one important – but not the only – aspect of the practice.
For Olga, yoga extends far beyond the mat. It is a way of relating to oneself and others – a practice of awareness, responsibility and presence in everyday life.
