Tid for Yoga, 3rd floor, Øvregaten 25, 5003 Bergen, Norge
Om arrangementet
This 2.5-hour sanctuary explores two yoga yamas (ethical principles): Brahmacharya (energy management) and Aparigraha (letting go). Through mindful yoga and focused journaling, you will learn to plug your energy leaks, let go of what no longer serves you, and create an internal foundation to protect your peace this winter.
What the Experience Includes:
Thematic Practice: A dynamic, boundary-building flow and a deeply relaxing restorative yoga practice.
Breathing & Meditation: Guided breathing practices and meditation to soothe the nervous system and connect with your vital energy.
Reflective Journaling: Focused writing prompts to cultivate self-reflection, self-compassion, and clarity around what no longer serves you.
Deep Relaxation: A dreamy Savasana, featuring an optional head and neck rub with calming lavender oil and a personal mantra reading.
No prior writing experience is necessary. Simply bring a journal or notebook and a pen. Your writing is your own personal space and is for your eyes only, unless you choose to share.
Please eat a hearty breakfast a couple of hours before the workshop starts, so you can move comfortably. During our closing, you will be served warm herbal tea and a small snack to anchor your energy before you head out for a late lunch.
Investment: 500 NOK
