Om arrangementet
As we transition into the dark period of the year, this fall yoga workshop offers a space to slow down, reconnect, and explore simple practices for supporting your mental, physical, and emotional well-being.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to move through the darker months with greater awareness and balance — not by resisting the darkness, but by caring for ourselves within it and cultivating our own inner light.
Through guided meditation and breathing practices, dynamic and gentle yoga, singing bowls, and reflective journaling, you’ll be invited to pause from the busyness of the season, turn inward, and reconnect with the qualities that help you feel grounded, nourished, and at ease.
There will also be space for optional sharing and conversation — an opportunity to connect with others around our experiences of the darker season.
The workshop offers an opportunity to explore how small, intentional practices can help us navigate seasonal change, support our mental health, and create a sense of warmth and steadiness from within.
No previous experience is needed — simply come as you are. Please bring a journal or notebook and writing tool.
Tea and light snacks will be provided.
