Picture this: a safe space, a calm environment designed for you to relax and connect to your inner self, find peace and leave the noise of outside world behind.

This Mindfulness class will invite you to hit the pause button and SLOW DOWN. You will be surprised how good that simple action feels! 

During the 2 hours class we will OBSERVE our sensations, leaving the weight of concerns and to-do lists behind through simple yet profound practices of noticing, accepting, and shifting the FOCUS to what's happening NOW. Slowly stepping into deep RELAXATION. 

The magic doesn't stop there! This class will encourage your body to move, your mind to expand and experience much more! 

Here is the full PROGRAMME:

1. Guided relaxation, body scan;

2. Mindfulness practice through gentle movement;

3. Open lecture - discussion;

4. "Shake it off" practice (fun moment);

5. Final relaxation/Savasana.

About the facilitator:

Živilė Osman is a certified Mindfulness and Yin Yoga instructor, a personal development mentor with a higher education in Psychology. She is an author working on her second self-growth book with first being published in 2021. 

Živilė has been interested in Yoga and depths of unlimited human potential for over a decade now, not missing a chance to expand her knowledge through various courses, conferences and travels around the world.

She spreads her word by writing, leading few personal growth profiles, organising Mindfulness classes, planning to expand in Yoga services too. Živilė holds Mindfulness classes not only in Bergen but also out of Norway, leaving nothing less than positive impact on participants' lives and mindsets.
