We tend to work more, do more, and think more, but when will we slow down and let ourselves FEEL and BE more?
The workshop "Mindfulness in You" will give you an opportunity to do so.
You will be led through super relaxing SELF-AWARENESS practice where the only goal will be the present moment.
We will rest being HERE and NOW, not worrying about the future or stressing about the past. Not pushing ourselves to be better, but rather appreciating who we already are.
We will gently move our bodies, talk about Mindfulness and share our experiences. We will make some good shake-it-off practice and rest again.
Mindfulness is the greatest tool connecting us to our INNER PEACE and INNER WISDOM that knows all the answers.
The program of the workshop:
1. Welcome guided relaxation
2. Somatic self-awareness practice through gentle movement
3. Short lecture and mindful talks
4. Shake it off practice (fun moment!)
5. Final relaxation/savasana
About your facilitator:
Živilė Osman is a certified Mindfulness coach, practitioner, and personal development mentor with a higher education in Psychology. She is the author of a self-growth book and a yin yoga teacher-to-be. She has been organizing mindfulness classes for over a year now here in Bergen and out of Norway.
