Release, Restore, and Flow: Hip Care for Body & Mind ✨
We carry more in our hips than we think.
Not just tight muscles from sitting all day… but stress, tension, emotions we didn’t have time to process. Like water — when it doesn’t move, it becomes stagnant. And so do we.
In this 2-hour workshop, we’ll gently explore the hips through movement, breath, and awareness. Not forcing anything open,
but allowing space for things to shift, soften, and flow again.
We’ll start with a short reflection — noticing moments of tension… and moments of ease, guided by the breath. Then move through
a grounding, hip-focused yoga practice to release, restore, and strengthen both body and mind.
Come as you are — we’ll meet your body where it’s at.
