YOGA BLISS ✨
A two-hour, heart-opening yoga experience with Živilė Osman.
Živilė has been teaching yoga in Bergen for several years and has guided 50+ workshops and special events. It’s often said that all good things come to an end –and this gathering marks an ending for now. This will be Živilė’s last workshop in Bergen, as she is moving away. However, she has promised to return.
So this may be your first Yoga Bliss with Živilė, or one more hug-like experience—a hug for your soul, as one participant described. 🤍
WHAT IS YOGA BLISS?
In yoga philosophy, bliss (ānanda) is not excitement or happiness. It is the natural state that arises when the nervous system settles and awareness turns inward.
Yoga bliss is the feeling that comes when effort drops away – when the body is open, the breath is free, and you feel deeply present. You may experience spaciousness, wordless contentment, and a sense that nothing is missing.You do not chase this feeling, you allow it.
PROGRAM
A slow, nourishing sequence of mindful practices, including
✅ Welcome cup of tea
✅ Pranayama (breath exercises)
✅ Self-massage
✅ Different styles of yoga (including Yoga Nidra)
✅ Healing mantras & humming
✅ Somatic release (“shake it off”)
✅ Sharing circle

Živilė is a holistic Mindfulness & Yoga teacher, author of a self-growth book, and a lecturer with a higher degree in psychology.
She focuses on emotional well-being, nervous system regulation, and the mind–body connection, guiding each class with warmth, compassion, and presence.
