Dragon Dance Yoga is a style of yoga that combines repeated sequences into a flowing dance of movement and breath. Strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination are key elements of this "dance." Dragon Dance Yoga is an active form of yoga that builds heat in the body. The name is inspired by the legendary dragon from Chinese mythology, symbolizing strength. In the dragon dance, we work to strengthen the body's muscles, generate warmth, and boost circulation. Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners – all are welcome.
