Service Description
Welcome to a class designed for those with a one-hour lunch break or flexible late morning time. In this session, you'll meet yourself in both dynamic sequences that challenge strength, balance, and endurance, as well as in calm, passive, and softening poses that allow the body to relax and recharge, with a strong focus on breath and presence. Why is the class called Movement + Meditation? Movement + Meditation is a more open and creative class where the flow may lean toward dance, yin, or more traditional yoga. The idea behind the name is that the class isn’t limited to classical yoga postures—it invites new and different ways of moving the body. At the same time, the foundation of yoga philosophy remains, especially in the breath and mindful awareness. It’s a conscious presence, just like in any other form of yoga. In short, the movements and music may stretch beyond the usual “yoga box.” You are warmly welcome!
