Service Description

This class is designed for deep rest, repair, and regulation. A space for your body to exhale, recalibrate, and return to a felt sense of safety. Through breath, gentle yoga and movement, somatic practices and stillness, we support the nervous system in releasing stress and shifting out of survival mode.
 You’ll be guided to slow down after a long week, soften your edges, and listen inward — at a pace that honours your bodies own rythm. A space to land — and to remember what it feels like to truly rest and reset.
