Service Description
Welcome to a late morning class with a gentle approach. This class is the opposite of rigid and strict—we don’t force the body into poses. You’ll be offered variations and support to help you find what works best for you. Creating a sense of safety is essential, and we take our time, using repetition to move deeply into each stretch. The focus is on gently releasing tension so the body can become a more comfortable place to be. You’re invited to respect your own boundaries and tune in to your body. The intention is to cultivate mindful presence and help regulate the nervous system. Everyone is welcome.
