Service Description
Welcome to a somatic journey through breath, body, and emotion. In this class, we use the breath as a bridge between body and mind — to release stored tension, support emotional processing, and gently access deeper layers of consciousness. Somatic breathwork can help you meet the parts of yourself that was never allowed to be processed — emotions, memories, and patterns stored in the body. You’ll be guided to meet whatever arises, not with force, but with compassion. Through circular breathing, somatic cues, sound, and gentle touch, we invite the body to speak its own language — building trust, connection, and a deep sense of safety from within. This class offers a grounded and supportive space for inner release, nervous system regulation, and deep embodied presence.
