Service Description

Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic form of yoga where you move from pose to pose in sync with your breath. This class is sweaty, strengthening, and active. Vinyasa doesn’t follow a set sequence, but includes standing, seated, and reclining poses, as well as balance and backbends. If you're completely new to yoga, this class can be more challenging and will test you in many ways. It's a varied and exciting practice to explore. The class is usually taught in English by Olga Orlove
