Service Description

Here, we practice both sun salutations, warrior poses, and deep yin stretches. This means you'll experience both dynamic, strengthening yoga and relaxing, restorative yoga. The yin poses are done seated or lying down, with the body resting into each position for 3–5 minutes. The dynamic part is practiced at a slow pace, and you're always welcome to move in a way that suits your body.
