Service Description
Yin yoga is a meditative and therapeutic form of yoga. We remain in each pose for several minutes, practicing the art of letting go. In every position, we increase our awareness and stay consciously present. This calms the mind and helps us connect with the body and the breath. In yin yoga, we work with the connective tissue and release deep tension. Each session always ends with a relaxing final rest.
