Service Description
Yin yoga is a meditative and therapeutic form of yoga. We rest in the poses for several minutes and practice letting go. In each pose, we increase our awareness and remain consciously present. This calms the mind and connects us to the body and the breath. In yin yoga, we work with the connective tissue and release deep tension. The class always ends with a deep relaxation.
