Service Description
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice designed to bring the body into deep rest while maintaining a relaxed awareness of the mind. Often referred to as “yogic sleep,” it systematically guides you through different stages of relaxation, including body scanning, breath awareness, and visualisation. The entire practice is done lying down in savasana or in any other comfortable position, if preferred. There is no physical movement involved. The aim of Yoga Nidra is to quiet the nervous system, reduce stress, and access deeper levels of consciousness and inner stillness. Yoga Nidra is suitable for all levels – no previous experience is needed. It is particularly beneficial for those seeking body and mind rest, better sleep, deeper emotional balance and mental clarity. Mainly held by Zivile Osman
