Service Description
Hatha yoga is one of the oldest yoga traditions and forms the foundation of most modern styles. The practice is about creating balance between body, breath, and mind. The goal is not to perform or shape the body, but to support inner health, cleanse the energy system, and build a stable, nourishing connection with yourself. Here’s how the class is structured: Relaxation to arrive and settle Conscious breathing and breathwork Gentle warm-up to awaken the body Yoga postures (asanas) with mindful presence Final relaxation with guided body scan In Hatha yoga, each asana is held for 30–60 seconds, followed by an equally long rest. This enhances awareness of the muscles used and helps deepen the connection to the body. This class is ideal for anyone seeking a nourishing break from daily life, a safe space to explore the body on your own terms, and an opportunity to turn attention inward—just as you are. All levels are welcome.
